IMPORTANT: Please note that the USPS has changed postmark rules in late 2025, clarifying that the postmark date reflects when mail is first processed at a regional facility, not when dropped off, potentially causing a delay for time-sensitive items like tax payments, returns or legal documents. To ensure the actual mailing date is recorded, mailers should go inside a post office and ask for the envelope to be hand stamped, drop it off in my drop box, or mail it enough days in advance of the due date.

Wednesdays: 5:30pm - 6:30pm (except January, February, May, September, November, December - by appointment only)

Homeowners may pay by mail or use the drop box. If a receipt is needed, include a self-addressed stamped envelope with both copies of the bill.

If your taxes are escrowed through your mortgage company, please send all bills to them.

Any payments made after December 15th must be by certified check or official bank check
